THE INFLUENCE OF ALISHER NAVOI'S LITERARY HERITAGE ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF 20TH-CENTURY UZBEK GHAZAL POETRY

Abstract

This research examines the influence of Alisher Navoi's ghazal traditions on the poetic creativity of three prominent twentieth-century ghazal writers — Habibiy, Sobir Abdulla, and Asqarali Hamroali og'li Charkhiy. The study analyzes the continuity of classical literary traditions in the ghazals of these poets, the ways in which they reinterpret established conventions, and the specific stylistic features that distinguish each poet's individual creative approach. Furthermore, the principles of compiling a classical devon and scholarly perspectives on twentieth-century devon composition are summarized, highlighting their points of convergence and divergence.
